Appointments are not rushed.

Patients are given comfortable levels of information and ample opportunity to ask questions.

I appreciate seeing the equipment being wiped for sanitation purposes.

The drops used for dilation work so that they are hardly noticeable…great stuff!

Any kind of doctors’ office is the place that automatically creates in me a feeling of apprehension and uneasiness.  The things that make it not so are friendly behavior (smiles & eye contact), a slower pace, and information about what is going on (and openness to questions).   A+  “
